Kandell is the newest member of the Haggen Empire Royal Family. Kandell was brought up in a family that he absolutely hated. The members of the Hundora Empire were trying to take over and rule the world. Kandell wanted out of there and so he ran finding Vive as she took him to her family within the walls of the Haggen Empire. Kandell stands 5'10" and dresses in a white dress shirt and black trousers with a long black overcoat over his shirt. He has short black messy hair. Kandell practices his swordsmanship every chance he gets and wants to be accepted by everyone around him.
